There are deaths everyday along the LOC. Oftentimes unauthorized shelling and fatalities occur due to whim and needs of sub local commanders
This constant clatter or noise of the cumulative daily incidents along the line of control is just normal for 75 years.
An AI model could misinterpret this cumulative data reading Hindi and Urdu and come to the conclusion a renewed outbreak of major hostilities is about to occur. İt's not.
A bot cannot reliably analyze the difference between a signal and the noise. For example if one observed daily artillery shelling on the Israel Egyptian border it would be a strong signal of border tension. But on the Israeli Lebanon border it could actually be a harbinger of peace with President Aoun who has pledged to demilitarize Hezbollah.
A trained bot would not know the significance of ACLED data raw or processed maps for conflict forecasts. İt can see patterns but lacks a sense of context and ability to detect sentiment the zeitgeist of the moment.
These bots are extremely useful I use Gemini and Chat GPT but let's not forget there are merely large language models. They don't engage in induction or deduction, can't analogize without context and sentiment or code for them.
The high speed LLM models can process linear relationships at high speeds and follow protocols. İmage driven AI will be essential to the next generation of killing machines.
But it's a long long time before human analysts can be replaced at least as to conflicts.
They are simply useful machines

Why might you be wrong?

Why do you think you're right?
Maybe 1 percent.
