The Russian economy could collapse and there could be regime change. Short of secondary sanctions on all purchasers of Russia hydrocarbons, Russian economy will not collapse in the next 6 to 12 months. Even with such sanctions,Russia could probably survive with assistance from DPRK and PRC indefinitely.
