One article is not sufficient evidence to support Microsoft's relocation of MSA. Further, the shutting down of a single application within MSA does not suggest that MSA itself will be relocated. It would be bad press for Microsoft if Peter Lee's statement was a lie, and doubtful he is being deceitful when he affirmed that MSA is not moving. However, the chance of MSA being relocation is not 0.
