Reasons why they would relocate:
(1) Economical reasons. I find this unlikely (less than 5%) because the main cost is labor.
(2) IP theft and exposure to industrial espionage. This has not caused similar companies to pull out of China. Especially since this pulling out of China will not mitigate the espionage. (p = less than 5%)
(3) Political pressure. That would be the main reason. I put this at 10%.
Reasons to stay;
(1) Competent, inexpensive workforce.
(2) Real-life problems and an eager client - the Chinese government. This is the main reason.
