I think there is significant risk, but it is less than 50% due to international pressure as well as the recent de-escalation efforts by both sides.

There is a lot of historical precedence for conflict on this border. In addition, there is significant military build up on both sides; hopefully, these efforts are defensive, but they also increase tensions and the risk of violence.
