Why do you think you're right?
DPRK is embarassed about their recent failed ship launch (https://www.nytimes.com/2025/05/27/world/asia/north-korea-warship-destroyer.html) and will attempt to save face by demonstrating their technical prowess with a nuclear test. Furthermore, North Korea's increasing feelings of being ignored by the West and the US in particular will cause it to more seriously a nuclear test.
Why might you be wrong?
If North Korea perceives the performance of its troops in the Russia-Ukraine conflict are reflecting doing more harm than good to its reputation, it may elect to not conduct a nuclear test and stay more "under the radar."
