Impossible Foods is an agrifood tech startup company that uses synthetic biology to make plant-based substitutes for meat, dairy, and fish products. The company has products in over 20,000 grocery stores and 40,000 restaurants around the world (Investment U). Impossible Foods’ 2021 retail sales were up 85% year-over-year, according to a Forbes report on a potential IPO.  

This question will resolve "Yes" if a statement confirming an IPO date is made by Impossible Foods or an official representative.
