Will the U.S. Justice Department file an antitrust lawsuit against Google by September 14, 2020?

Context. Attorney General William Barr recently stated that he hopes to make a decision about whether to bring an antitrust lawsuit against Google by the end of summer. The Justice Department has been investigating whether Google violated U.S. antitrust laws for over a year and has reportedly been close to filing a lawsuit since June. The lawsuit would be one of the largest U.S. antitrust lawsuits since the Justice Department and 20 states sued Microsoft in the 1990s. 

Data and resolution details. This question resolves based on a U.S. court filing or official announcement by the Justice Department. A lawsuit qualifies as an antitrust lawsuit if it's brought, at least in part, under the Sherman Act of 1890, Clayton Act of 1914, or Federal Trade Commission Act of 1914.
