I think the idea behind this question is a good one because as we saw at the beginning of the Covid pandemic when China passed their large infrastructure legislation, the impact of rising materials cost can have really large international implications
I think it would be a good idea to mention some background information about aluminum price, for example:
-It just recently reached a record high
-Russia is the second-largest producer of aluminum in the world excluding China, second only to India
-Sanctions against Russia
