I am sure that a cyber attack will happen, but I have doubts that such an attack will happen, but there are two risks: a) it will not achieve a kinetic effect b) the government will not want to admit that it is Russia's fault.

Zelensky-Trump-Putin talks could fail
Hello, the European "Coalition of the Willing," led by the UK and France, hasn't decided to send troops to Ukraine yet as of August 21, 2025. They’re ready to send a "reassurance force" called the Multinational Force Ukraine, but only if peace talks between Trump, Putin, and Zelensky lead to a full ceasefire or peace deal. Everything depends on those talks, especially a possible meeting between the three leaders. Trump is pushing for this meeting, but Russia’s not fully on board, with their Foreign Minister saying all details need to be sorted first, and Putin questioning Zelensky’s legitimacy.
