This question will be resolved as "Yes" using U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) data on Traveler and Conveyance Statistics. To see the number of inbound travelers to the U.S. in July 2025:
- Navigate to the CBP Traveler and Conveyance Statistics page
- In the data selection options, under “Measure Name” select “Travelers”(note: the page defaults to "Conveyances"). All other options should be “All”.
- Locate the "FY Arrivals by Month" table
- Find the figure reported for July 2025
NOTE: The table shows figures rounded to the hundred thousands. Hover over the number to see the actual number of travelers reported. This number must be equal to or greater than 37,000,000 for the question to resolve “Yes”.
All entry methods are included (passenger vehicle, air, pedestrian, truck, etc.). The means of entry will not have any bearing on the resolution of the question.
